Cash on hand:
Do not put zero. Let's be as positive as possible. How much cash do you have on payday? How much will you have after you borrow from friends and family? Remember, family loans are not part of the public record. Your banker will be getting a first priority lien on everything so they will collect their money before friends and family. If the banker asks where the cash came from, be honest and tell him/her that it came from your salary and money that your family gave you to start the business. Don't forget to include your checking account balance as cash.
