You will be asked to describe the property in detail. In this section, you attempt to include a fair market value if you sold the property tomorrow. If you don't know, ask a real estate agent to give you an estimate. Do not use inflated values or very low values. If your banker knows one thing, it is property values because they give so many mortgage loans. Inflated values show you to be a liar. Low values make you look uninformed and foolish.
